December passengers (205,096) through Cairns Airport broke the 200,000 level for the first time since March. However, although the recovery continues to slowly build, this still represents a decline for the full calendar year of 64% from 2019. In 2020 just under 1.8 million passengers used Cairns Airport compared to just a shade under 5 million the year before…clearly there is still a long way to go!
